Best Buy's recent sale has some great deals on gaming laptops. In fact, there are so many deals out there that it's hard to decide which ones are the best at the moment.
There are two sales in particular that caught my eye. The MSI Stealth 14 was $999 ($1,499 at the time) and this Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 was $1,049 ($1,599 at the time).
Both of these gaming laptops are currently at least $500 off, feature fast RTX 4060 graphics cards, and come in a bag-friendly 14-inch form factor. Simply put, they're both great options if you're looking for a sleek machine that doesn't require too much effort.
Which one is best? Well, it's coming to an end. First, let's take a complete look at each model, including the components it features.
RTX 4060 Gaming Laptop Sale
Which one is better to buy now?
So here are two gaming laptop deals at record-low Black Friday-level prices. Of the two, I think the Asus has the better specs with its Ryzen 9 chipset and 1440p display, but the MSI has the advantage of a 1TB SSD out of the box. Asus' 512GB SSD is plenty, but you'll want to upgrade at some point if you plan on installing a large library of games at once. If you're happy with an SSD upgrade (very easy installation), Asus could be a good all-around choice.
That said, both laptops offer similar performance in most games thanks to their RTX 4060 graphics cards, which are GPUs better suited for 1080p gaming. Depending on the game, you can still get decent performance at 1440p, but only Asus' displays support this high resolution.
